Van Nuys, CA – November 12, 2007- Southern California based independent record label Hopeless/Sub City Records will once again organize the annual Take Action Tour, which focuses on raising funds and awareness for non-profit organizations.

The 7th incarnation of the tour will kick off in February, 2008 featuring Every Time I Die and Escape The Fate heading up what is sure to be the most intense Take Action Tour line-up in recent years.

We have TWO awesome premieres for Madball's brand new video for Infiltrate The System! First off all, if you shoot over to MTV's Headbanger's Blog you can catch the entire video streaming on their site. Watch it, love it, embed it every place you can think of, it's really that great. Secondly, tune in this Saturday night to MTV2 to catch it on the big screen when the video premieres on national tv. Headbanger's Ball airs on Saturday's at 10pm (EST), check your local listings, sucka!

The band shot the video on September 12 in the streets of New York City, and posted an open casting call on their Web site to all of their fans, urging them to wear what you would normally wear, be it a suit, work clothes, or a t-shirt and jeans. Click HERE to see what they came up with.

In between the Suicide Silence tour (which they are currently are on, check the tour dates section) and the rescheduled tour with The Dillinger Escape Plan, the guys are going to do a run of headlining dates leading up to the two shows they will be playing with Amon Amarth just before the Dillinger tour.

ALOL starts their tour with Suicide Silence, Walls of Jericho and The Agony Scene tomorrow (10/30)in Rochester, NY at the Penny Arcade (click HERE for full tour dates) and that is just the beginning. Right after the Suicide Silence tour the band will crank out two shows with Amon Amarth, Decapitated and Sonic Syndicate and then the very next day jump right into the rescheduled Dillinger Escape Plan tour with Genghis Tron and Stolen Babies! IN FLAMES VIDEO INTERVIEW

Underground Video Television (UVTV) had the chance to chat with Sweden's metal powerhouse IN FLAMES' lead vocalist Anders Friden to talk about the band and how they came to be. Anders explains the convoluted story of his entrance into the band, the relationship of several other bands in Sweden to IN FLAMES & the sharing & switching of band members in the complicated story of the emergence of IN FLAMES to international fame in the Metal community.

IN FLAMES is currently in its studio doing pre-production & demos for the band's forthcoming album which is to be recorded later this year. The group has been working on new material since early May. The current sessions are taking place at IF Studio in Gothenburg, the same studio IN FLAMES used last time they did pre-production.

Ferret welcomes Full Blown Chaos to the family!

We are excited to announce the signing of New York hardcore heroes, Full Blown Chaos to our family. FBC band will be releasing their next full length titled Heavy Lies The Crown on August 21st!

The band made up of Ray Mazzola (vocals), Mike Facci (guitar), Jeff Facci (drums) and Mike “Lurk” Ruehle (bass) released two successful albums in the last few years Wake the Demons (2004) and Within the Grasp of Titans (2006). Known for their savage attack of hardcore fury with the amplification of metal and sludge influences the band has become a live draw earning their stripes on the road for long stretches including a memorable summer on Ozzfest. Speaking on the new album which was produced by the band with Billy Grazadei of Biohazard.

“A lot of bands come out every album and say that their new endeavor is their best work but I can honestly say Heavy Lies The Crown is the best record we've done up to now. It’s Full Blown Chaos channeling a lot of our influences but not adapting to that style, more utilizing those influences in our songs.” Telling fans that this is a aggression to the hilt, no punches pulled album, Mazzola warns “This is the sound of us getting ready for war; Our last album was very encouraging with many positive overtones. I'm still a positive person but we've gone through so many challenges and battles with friends, family, significant others and people we know since we've become a full time band that all of those negative experiences ended up fueling our music further. Like I always tell those closest to us, if you fuck with someone in this band you're gonna end up with a song about you."

Poison the Well are premiering the video for Letter Thing on www.myspace.com today. The live performance footage for the video was filmed in Los Angeles the day before the band flew to Europe for a headlining tour and was filmed up to the last minute before they hit the airport. Directed by Roboshobo (Blood Brothers, Mates Of State) and featuring animation, drummer Chris Hornbrook calls it “very different video for us and in general. (Roboshobo) has been working like a madman, telling us at one point he didn’t sleep for two days because he was so into the process.”
